Production
Catechu (Kattha) and cutch are extracted from Khair heartwood through chipping, boiling, concentration, and drying — yielding food-, pharmaceutical-, and tanning-grade products.

Sourcing & Chipping
Sustainably harvested Khair heartwood is graded and reduced to uniform chips to maximize extraction surface area.

Boiling & Extraction
Chips are boiled in water so the soluble catechu and cutch tannins pass into solution.
